After the purchase
A one-time investment raises two questions: What does the second year cost, and what will my system still be worth in two years? We answer both here, without any small print.
After the first year
After twelve months the system keeps running unchanged, with no mandatory fee. If you want to keep receiving new models and software updates, you extend the update service for €1,200 per year; it is included with Remote Service. You decide afresh each year.
Ownership
On purchase, the hardware, configuration and knowledge index belong to you. There is no contract term, nothing to cancel and no mandatory AI subscription. The open models used run under their respective open licences on your hardware; you don't need an account with an AI provider for that.
When a better model arrives
Your hardware stays. Your company knowledge with its sources, roles and permissions stays. The new model is installed as an update, after your approval. Technically, a model change can require a new indexing run across your knowledge sources; your source data stays within your infrastructure throughout.

Upgrades & downgrades
The packages are starting points, not fixed boxes. You adjust them in the configurator in both directions.
Add a capability: + €2,500 (core) or + €3,000 to €3,500 (Image & vision, specialist models). Deselect an included capability: − €1,500 credit. At least one capability always remains active.
Beyond the package scope: + €60 per user, one-time. From double the package scope onward, we recommend the next package, because the hardware is sized for the number of users.
Roles with their own permissions (finance, sales, management …): + €350 per additional role. Access areas, meaning folders, storage or systems visible only to certain roles: + €250 per additional area. Included in the package: 2 / 5 / 15 roles and 3 / 10 / 30 areas.
File server and folders are always included. Standard connections (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, e-mail, Nextcloud, Confluence): + €1,200. ERP, CRM, DMS, accounting, databases: + €2,900. Individual connection: from €4,900. AI Team includes one standard connection, AI Enterprise any three. Reading and combining are included in every connection; we set up defined actions where the interface provides for them and you approve them.
Performance tier + for more concurrent users and larger models: + €6,000. Your own hardware after a hardware check: credit for the hardware share, €4,000 to €24,000 depending on the package.
Purchase, rent or try first
Test the complete system with your own questions and in your real working day: set up, with your documents and your employees, before you decide to buy. Or buy directly, or spread the investment over 36 months. In the configurator you see the amounts for your configuration, plus a calculator that computes savings, payback and the 36-month comparison using your own figures.
Pay once. The system is yours from day one. No term, no instalments, no interest. Updates included in the first year.
Example AI Team: €30,000 one-time.
Monthly instalment of 3.1 % of the purchase price over 36 months. Afterwards you take over the system at a residual value of 10 %. The system is on your premises from day one; your data stays in-house.
Example AI Team: €930 per month, takeover after 36 months for €3,000, total €36,480.
Daily rental of 0.3 % of the purchase value, at least 180 days, deposit 10 %, in real operation with your documents and your staff. If you buy afterwards, we credit 50 % of the rent paid and the full deposit. If not, we collect the system, verifiably delete your data and refund the deposit.
Example AI Team: €90 per day · 180 days = €16,200 · deposit €3,000 · purchase price afterwards €21,900.
All amounts net, plus statutory VAT. Rental and trial require hardware from our package; with your own hardware, purchase is the appropriate route. The trial is a genuine rental with a deposit: not free, but credited towards a purchase. Credit check reserved for rental.

After handover the system runs on your premises; we provide updates for twelve months. If you would rather not deal with monitoring, updates and maintenance either, you add the remote service.
Yes. All prices are net prices plus statutory value-added tax. We serve business customers.

Yes. The rental runs for 36 months with a monthly rate of 3.1 % of the purchase price; after that, you take over the system at a residual value of 10 %. During the rental period, the hardware remains our property but stays on your premises: your data stays in-house. We reserve the right to carry out a credit check.
You try it out in real operation: with setup, your documents and your employees. The daily rental is 0.3 % of the configured purchase value, the minimum term is 180 days, and you also place a deposit of 10 % of the purchase value. For AI Team, that's €90 per day, €16,200 for 180 days and a €3,000 deposit.
If you then decide to buy, we credit 50 % of the rent paid and the full deposit towards the purchase price: for AI Team, €21,900 remains, of which €18,900 is still to be paid. If you decide against it, we collect the system, verifiably delete your data from the device and refund the deposit after inspecting the device. Try & buy requires hardware from our package.

After purchase, there are no mandatory fees. Ongoing costs are the electricity for the device and, only if you book them, the optional services: Remote Service €490 per month, extended support €290 per month, each cancellable monthly. Updates are included for twelve months, after that €1,200 per year or included with Remote Service.
Exactly what's stated in the configurator: capability from €2,500, user €60 per user, role €350, access area €250, connection from €1,200. An expansion is not a new installation: we add to the running system. Moving up to a higher hardware class is offered separately, with trade-in of the previous device.
It depends on hardware availability and the scope of your knowledge sources. We state the specific timeline in the quote and keep to it. We deliberately don't quote a number of weeks on the website that we can't guarantee for every project. With existing, suitable hardware, it's usually faster, because procurement is not required.
When moving to a higher hardware class, we transfer your configuration and knowledge sources to the new system. For the previous device, we'll make you a trade-in offer.
