Starting package
Each package starts with a pre-configured base. Switching packages carries this base over.
AI capabilities
Add what you need, and deselect what you don't: you get credit for it. At least one capability stays active.
Users
How many employees should work with the AI? Count generously: users can be added later, but the hardware is sized for this number. Every user beyond the package scope changes the price immediately.
Roles & access areas
Not everyone should see everything. A role is a group with its own permissions: finance, sales, management. An access area is a folder, a file store or a system that only certain roles may query. We set up both during setup and carry over the assignment from your existing structure.

Which systems should your AI connect to your company?
Your AI always knows folders and file servers. Beyond that, we connect it to the systems your company works with: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, e-mail, CRM, ERP, document management, accounting and databases. Every connection runs on your network, with the permissions you grant for it. Under the hood we use open standards such as MCP, APIs and OpenAPI.
Brand names are the property of their respective owners and appear here as examples of possible connections. Your system is not listed? Choose “Custom connection”; we check interfaces and APIs and tell you what is possible.
Hardware
The standard tier matches the package. The performance tier + is suited to more concurrent users and larger models. Your own hardware is possible after the hardware check.
Chosen your own hardware? Check in the hardware check whether it supports the use case. The result feeds into your quote.
Service
Remote setup, learning portal, webinars, support and customer portal are always included. Optional on top:

The system belongs to you. The only question is when. Buy it outright, spread the investment over 36 months, or test the complete system for at least 180 days with your own questions in your real working day and decide then.

Three assumptions, all adjustable. The savings are calculated using your user count from step 3.
